Shervin Odabaee
CEO & Cofounder
Shervin is a seasoned engineer and technology executive with more than 32 years of experience across both private and public companies. In addition to his deep technical expertise, he brings strong business leadership in product strategy, commercialization, and cross-functional execution, business development, successfully bridging engineering innovation with market adoption. He has led complex system development initiatives while driving partnerships, customer engagements, and global program delivery.
Shervin began his career developing advanced storage subsystems at Tandem Computers and later contributed to the development of the world's first fully autonomous robotic caddy at GPI. He joined Galileo Technology, which was acquired by Marvell Semiconductor in 2001, and went on to spend 19 years at Marvell. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in advancing Ethernet switch technologies adopted by industry leaders including Foundry Networks, Cisco, and Alcatel-Lucent.
He later founded Lorenzo Wireless, where he developed a cloud-managed AI/ML platform to expand Wi-Fi coverage in multi-family residential and campus environments.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Peltbeam Inc., Shervin is leading the development of next-generation mmWave and unlicensed-band communication network systems built on a novel architectural approach, powered by cloud-based intelligence and advanced network management.
Shervin studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Santa Clara University and holds 34 issued patents, with more than 24 additional patents pending.

Dr. Mehdi Hatamian
Executive Advisor
Dr. Mehdi Hatamian received his B.S. from Sharif University of Technology (1977), and M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan (1978, 1982) in Electrical Engineering. He contributed to NASA's Space Shuttle program, served as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories, was co-founder and VP of Technology at Silicon Design Experts (acquired by Level One/Intel), and spent 20 years at Broadcom (Senior VP of Engineering, Fellow, Chief Scientist of Central Engineering). He is currently the CEO and founder of 2Pi-Sigma Corporation, a biomedical company developing cancer screening technologies. Dr. Hatamian is a Member of National Academy of Engineering, a Life Fellow of IEEE, and holds 232 issued patents and 69 publications spanning high-speed VLSI, IC design, Ethernet transceivers, 5G communication, and biomedical electronics.

Dr. Reza Rofougaran
Advisor
Dr. Reza Rofougaran holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He pioneered RF CMOS technology with Professor Asad Abidi and founded Innovent Systems in 1998, creating the world's first single-chip Bluetooth radio in CMOS. At Broadcom (which acquired Innovent in 2000), he led integration of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS onto single CMOS chips. His honors include Broadcom Fellow (2006), IEEE Fellow (2010), UCLA Alumnus of the Year (2018), IEEE Industrial Pioneer (2018), National Academy of Engineering (2020), and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. With over 920 issued patents and an h-index over 80, over 90% of global wireless connections rely on his RF CMOS technology. He currently drives 5G mmWave innovation at Movandi.
This isn't a science project. It's an experienced execution team that has scaled wireless infrastructure globally.
